New Class - Do you want to experience the spirit/mind/body connection in the comfort of your own church? Join us starting April 5th for 8 sessions of Yogafit. Beginning & ending with devotional time, we'll enjoy an introduction to the contemplative, prayerful & invigorating movement of Yoga with a background of soothing music.
