SmALL STARS
SmALL STARS is an instructional and fellowship athletic program just for elementary children. It is designed to introduce the sports in an instructional and less competitive setting.
SmALL STARS BASKETBALL
Teams participate in an eight game season. Each game consists of two 15 minute halves and after each half of the game, the score is erased. Coaches are permitted on the floor to provide instruction during the games. Wins and losses are not be recorded. The league is about player development.
Registration for the 2010 season will begin October 1, 2010.
SmALL STARS SPORTS CAMP
Mt. Tabor is very excited to present a brand new summer camp experience for children. This is a full day, week long, co-ed camp for children currently in Kindergarten-5th Grade. The camp is open to both church members and persons from the community. The goal is to introduce and expose children to quality coaching and instruction of the sports they register for, in a Christ-centered, nurturing, and affirming environment. Mt. Tabor also desires this camp to be affordable for all families.
The 2011 SmALL STARS camp will be held August 1-5, 2011. Registration will begin May 2011.
