The holidays are difficult enough, but when you've had a loss and are navigating through grief, they can be overwhelming. During this time together we will have a short introduction, view a video, and discuss the ways in which we can honor our loved one(s), do what is best based on our personal coping skills, and simply "make it" through these trying days. You will be given a chance to share your loss if you choose; we want you to find comfort in community.
