Traditional Service

In Person & Livestream

Sunday Mornings at 11 AM

in the Sanctuary

The venue for traditional worship is the light-filled sanctuary of Mount Tabor UMC.  Worship involves the spoken words of the ancient creeds and holy scriptures, as well as congregational hymns from Martin Luther to Duke Ellington accompanied by the Cassavant pipe organ or grand piano.  Children, youth and adults participate in volunteer  choral and handbell ensembles, as well as liturgical movement, instrumental opportunities and visual arts.  Lay persons are also involved in serving the sacrament of Holy Communion on the first Sunday of each month.

For more information, contact Charli Mills, Director of Traditional Worship Arts, at charli.mills@mttaborumc.org
