At A Storehouse for Jesus, we aim to make a difference in the lives God sends to us by providing for their spiritual, physical and health needs, and encouraging everyone touched by the ministry to walk closer to our Lord Jesus Christ. Our clients are interviewed each time they come for help. Clients are encouraged to come no more than once a month. If a client is in a truly critical situation, they may come more often, if necessary. There are limits on how many items of clothing a client may receive in a month, and dishes and linens are on a three-year cycle. 

Distribution Ministries

We see anywhere from 20 to 35 families in a 3-hour shift in the Distribution Ministries. All clients have food, clothing, household items and Children's Birthday Closet available to them. Davie County clients are seen first and then out-of-county clients. Out-of-county clients are given information on organizations in their own counties to go for assistance. Currently, our greatest needs are for Children's Clothes and Toys for Children of all ages. You can drop off Donations every Tuesday between 9:00am - 3:00 pm at our location at 675 E Lexington Rd, Mocksville, NC 27028, USA​​​​.

Medical Clinic

The Medical Ministries serves Davie County adult residents who are uninsured (including not having Medicaid), whose household gross income is within 200% of the Federal Poverty Level, and who are unable to receive medical care through any other source. In October 2000, the Storehouse began the Medical Ministries with a weekly Medical Clinic and the Medication Assistance Program (MAP). MAP allows us to order free medications from pharmaceutical companies for qualifying patients. The greatest areas in which volunteers are needed at this time are MDs, PAs, NPs, RNs, and Lab Techs.
